You can expect a response within 48 hours Monday-Friday from 9am to 4pm ET.
This means if you send an email Friday at 7pm, you may not receive a response until Tuesday afternoon.
Please DO NOT send PMs to Sarah or any of the group admins via Facebook messenger. The only way we can properly track your request is through email.
